EARLY PROJECT
DEVELOPMENT
Our design team and engineers are happy to help and provide consultation in early project development that includes hydrant flow tests, underground fire line sizing, architectural design relating to general fire code compliance and general construction consultation to accommodate a complete fire sprinkler system installation.
ESTIMATING
No job is too small and no job is too big. From small tenant improvement projects, basement remodels, or custom homes, all the way to commercial buildings, low, mid and high rise multifamily, H2o Fire Protection has an estimation team to help build a budget around your needs. Throughout the estimation process, our knowledgeable team can help and find creative ways to cut costs as well as provide added value, equipment and installation breakouts such as; concealed sprinkler head cost, in between floor coverage, wet and dry attic coverage comparisons, as well as fire pump pricing and nitrogen generator systems in leu of standard air compressor setups on dry valve systems.
DESIGN
Our design and engineering staff are knowledgeable and well rounded in up to date NFPA Fire Codes and understand how to successfully design a fire sprinkler system with installation practicality first in mind. Our engineers utilize the latest Fire Sprinkler software that allows them to design in a 3D model with full BIM capability. When BIM is available, our engineers can design a full fire sprinkler system and coordinate clash detection to resolve any installation conflicts before construction even begins! With 3D design capabilities, they can also design more efficiently with precise fire riser and pump room layouts while also providing more precise fabrication lists which makes installation in the field easier and efficient to provide an on-time schedule and finished product.
INSTALLATION
With the foundation of H2o Fire Protection in 1987, that has allowed for decades of installation experience. Throughout the years, we have gained nitch knowledge and experience to allow for a more efficient installation process. With building construction constantly evolving, H2o Fire Protection has installed complete fire sprinkler systems throughout low, mid and high rise buildings that include but not limited to open web wood truss construction, wood joist construction, PT concrete deck construction, Infinity construction, prescient construction, and open bar joist construction
COST & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Throughout a project, H2o Fire Protection understands there will be construction changes where future flexible accommodations are required. A great added value that H2o Fire brings to that table is that, the expert engineer who designed the fire sprinkler system from ground zero will also act as the project manager throughout the duration of the project. When changes to the design of the system is needed, your construction super intendents and construction managers have the privilege to work with the engineers first hand to ensure problem solving is most efficient in regards to design and installation changes as well as cost efficiency.

Owner
Chris has worked full-time at H2o Fire Protection since graduating CSU in 2011. Outside of H2o, Chris spends most of his weekends racing his Super Late Model and Legend Car at Colorado National Speedway while competing in a few select Tour races around the country. Chris also stays busy and active spending quality time such as hiking and other outdoor activities with his wife Katie, son Tanner, and daughter Allie.
